helpful hint: asian markets sell ducks and frequently other poultry, in
their entirety.
Care for some duck foot soup or deep fried chicken feet?  Heads of roast
duck are considered a high treat in my SO's Chinese family.
Wouldn't be at all surprised if turkey makes it's way to the same
markets in the same fashion.
