I also ignore Cetartiodactyla.  Although I'm skeptical about cetaceans
evolving from crown artiodactyls, even if Cetacea does belong inside
Artiodactyla it doesn't justify the new name Cetartiodactyla.


After all, pinnipeds (seals, sea lions, walruses) were put inside
Carnivora without any name-change (such as to Pinnicarnivora, or
Phocacarnivora, or something equally silly).
