Re: PalArch April issue



Unless, the CD-rom (which may be unaltered) is stated to have been deposited in 
the archival
institutions.

''IN THE FORM IN WHICH IT IS PUBLISHED'' can be interpreted to mean electronic 
form. If the CD-rom
is deposited in the archival libraries and is kept as a permanent record, don't 
see how it won't
comply with article 8.6 (after July 1 of course).

There also needs to be a statement on www.PalArch.nl's site stating what the 
archival institutions
are. This is done on Paleontologica Electronica's site.
