wait for are on feathered friends from Liaoning. :-) (Now for a library with
AMN...)

No reactions at all to Feduccia's et aliorum newest claim? Not having seen
the paper, I suggest they've once more found the praepollex. I'll have to
scan those old drawings sometime...

I've seen an ostrich skeleton in the zoo. Cool reversal: fused pubic
symphysis. I've also seen 2 seriemas, both on the ground and standing in a
tree, but not climbing. They didn't hyperextend their 2nd toes, even though
the claws might get through as in the size range of dromaeosaurs such as
*Microraptor* and *Sinornithosaurus*.
