Ville, the paper is a pdf file - see below.

I have to say that I am very impressed with the publishers for putting this
volume online. Reasonable download speeds, pdf format, means you can
download and print a copy without the degradation in image quality you get
when photocopying from journals....And, for me, it means I don't have to
drive four hours to get to my nearest university library! Fantastic.

It seems obvious that online publishing of scientific articles is
inevitable, but we still seem to be restricted to the print only versions at
the moment. Are any of the major journals initiating any progress on this
front (beyond the existing archive services that you have to pay for). And
what about the previous 200 years of palaeontological literature (many of th
key references for plesiosaurs were published before 1900!)?

The only thing that the Gaia people need to do is sort out their links, and
get a table of contents. The direct link <<
http://www.mnhn.ul.pt/Gaia%2015%20papers/ >> from Tom Holtz's post a couple
of weeks ago didn't work for me, even though when I went to <<
http://www.mnhn.ul.pt/ >> and linked from there it worked fine.

For the benefit of anyone who is looking for particular papers the filenames
and the papers corresspond thus (in the order that they appear on the index
page):
