Sadly, I haven't seen PDW, so I didn't realize it used only black and white
illustrations. Remember, however, that for publishing on demand you're
essentially using a high-speed photocopier with decent resolution, so
you'll be getting copier-grade pictures, although probably with some gray
scale. You will _not_ be getting art-grade glossy B&W, at least in the
ordinary grade printing. -- Jeff Hecht
