Could pervious generations of ankyosauridae been more likely to use their
tail and then as the race matured other dinosaurs were so use to keeping away
from the club tail that it became used less. Thus becoming an appendage of
show more then use. The larger and more clumsey it became the more other
species feared it. The ankyosauridae with the largest tail would have
prospered with regards to mating and enemies regardless of how will they
could actually use their tail.
