I did not say that I accepted the premise that T. rex was motion 
dependent as in JP, contrary to what some of you seem to think (and 
posted).  I am just not as quick to dismiss it.  As I originally wrote, 
"I consider it possible, probable and even maybe (your choise of CYA 
terms)."  My example of the bull snake was to show at least one living 
analogy of vision playing an important role in hunting.  The point was 
to show a reason not to so flippantly dismiss the hypothesis of motion 
being important in T. rex on the hunt.
