Jerry Harris talked about the state of Utah using the 'school trust' area
that has produced Utahraptor, et al and intends to sale it to commercial
interests to raise funds for the school systems.  I assume because the local
folks dont want to pay very much in property taxes.  I guess this makes the
state of Utah a class 5 paleotologist.  Or maybe we should change the name
of Utahraptor to some other state or perhaps "raptoirious Utah".

Kidding aside this is a terrible thing to happen especially as a trend
starter. The grinch would love this.
