I presume you mean Paul's "Predatory Dinosaurs of the World".

It has some very good, if somewhat imaginative reconstructions.
It presents a fairly radical classification of the theropod
dinosaurs, one that is only partially supported by other
workers, and by solid evidence.

Most of the cases where he merges two or more genera of dinosaur
are not well accepted.  He is what is called a lumper in the
language of taxonomists.
