A truly frightening thought, but if they were small, it would take a lot to be a bother to a host that size.

BTW, a correction to my previous post.  The reference is:

Parasitology Apr 20;:1-5 [Epub ahead of print]

That's April 20, not volume 20.  (No volume # as yet.)
