Interestingly, the article says that Ji Qiang "thinks that about a dozen of the 
specimens may be in the United States improperly."  Another item:  "Two Chinese 
officials from Liaoning attended the opening, but the Czerkases refused 
requests to make them available for interview.  Ji was billed as due to attend, 
but chose not to do so."
