Mystery ptero, needs identification

I've posted a picture of a tiny Solnhofen pterosaur which I photographed many 
years ago, but failed to identify. 
If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. Perhaps the image was also published at 
some time.

I need the name, the museum number, a long bone measurement for scale, and the 
reference source.

If it needs a name, as many of these obscure tiny pteros do, perhaps the finder 
can be honored.
