David Norman book

Does anyone know the original full reference for David Norman's popular
dinosaur book, "The Illustrated Encyclopaedia of Dinosaurs"? I've got a
feeling that wasn't the original title, though. I've got a copy of the 2000
reprint, when it was published in one volume with a reprint of Wellnhofer's
1991 pterosaur book, but unfortunately the publishers of the reprint did not
see fit to include original publication details anywhere.
