Ah, but have you determined how to make stepmatrices work correctly in PAUP
yet?  You'll recall our attempts resulted in trees rooted on incorrect taxa,
and amazingly small numbers of MPT's.  The PAUP help WebBoard seemingly
can't solve the problem.
