No, because this undescribed specimen includes hindimb elements, which are
lacking in the new Spinostropheus material.  This "Dogosaurus" was
previously referred to as "Sidormimus"
(http://www.projectexploration.org/niger2000/9_15_2000.htm), though neither
name seems likely to be the final one for the taxon.
