Epidendrosaurus vs. Czerkas' undescribed specimen
Remarkably enough, Epidendrosaurus is not the same as the taxon Czerkas
showed at the Florida Dinosaur-Bird Symposium in 2000. Epidendrosaurus has
longer postorbital processes on the frontals and a much longer tail, though
they share very similar manual and pedal construction. Czerkas' taxon also
has a pelvis preserved, though the pectoral area is unknown. So the
original "aye-aye maniraptoran" is still undescribed.
