Handbook of Australian, New Zealand, and Antarctic
Birds (Oxford University Press). A rather expensive
set, but at U.C.Berkeley. I'm sure one of the
ornithobio staff who work with Kevin Padian could
check the data for you. It is not in the stacks here
at Babylon-by-the-Bay (viz. Santa Cruz, California),
and it has been years since I delved into it, so I
can't provide an answer to the query.
