Boy, are these impressive! I wouldn't have thought what treasure troves are
out there!

etc., even though this sometimes comes out as

1 most common pterosaur of the Solnhofen plated limestones.
4 healed break of the right femur.
5 Detail of the healed femur break with strong callus formation. This find
can be interpreted as evidence [...] [that they cared for their young,
apparently this is a juvenile that survived because it was fed in the
nest.].
6 juvenile.
7 the first scientifically described pterosaur.
8 a small species in the genus.
10, 12 juvenile.
13, 17 detail of the skull.
16 exceptional preservation with distinctly recognizable patagium. [ :-o ]
18 Tapejarid, so far undescribed species from the Crato Formation in Brazil.
19 Anhanguerid, so far [...]
20 Anhanguerid, detail of the lower jaw with leaf of *Nova olinda* between
the lower jaw halves [rami], which is interpreted as the cause of death.
[funky...]
21 Pterodactyloid, pteroid of the biggest, known [wrong comma in the
original] Jurassic pterosaur; incomplete find.
22 Azhdarchid, from the Crato Fm in Brazil. Toes with mightily developed and
presumably knife-sharp claws [<¡ay! ¡huy! ¡uaaah!> So apparently there WERE
pterosaurs that were capable of catching fish like eagles and bats... Can
someone find out whether toe IV -- the one on top -- is reverted or just
disarticulated?]
23 [...] parts of the wing finger, finger claws.
24 lateral embedding.
25 lower jaw with creel dentition.
29 isolatedly found skull.
31 historical cast of Goldfuss ([in] Bonn).
33 perfectly developed sieving dentition with several hundred bristle-like
teeth. Cast of a find from Argentina.
34 *Pterodaustro guinazui* (top), *Tropeognathus* (bottom); model
(*P[t]erodaustro*) and cast.
35 Pterodactyloid, cast.
36 *Coloborhynchus* (top), *Anhanguera* (bottom); casts.
38 early skull reconstruction.
39 detail of the head (model).
40 model.
41 meter-size model.
42 *Santanadactylus* (top), *Rhamphorhynchus* (bottom); skeletal
reconstructions, partly with casts of find material (top).
43 X-ray of a find from the [...] [EJ shale with lots of the
biostratigraphic fossil *Posidonia*].
44 meter-size models.
45 skull cast from the model above [42].
46 Footprint of a pterodactyloid, shore deposits of Crayssac.
47 Dragonfly with bite injury which was probably caused by a
rhamphorhynchoid pterosaur [ :-o ].
48 Pellet of a predatory fish which unambiguously contains bone remains of
pterosaurs.

It should be noted that many or all *Pterodactylus* and *Rhamphorhynchus*
species are just growth stages, and that clicking on the images gives much
larger versions with stunning resolution.
