No, but there's a great book devoted to the subject:

Rob DeSalle & David Lindley, 1997. "The Science of Jurassic Park and the
Lost World". Published by Basic Books. ISBN 0-465-07379-4

David Linley is a physicist and editor for Science News magazine (and
formerly for both Science and Nature). Rob DeSalle is an associate
curator at the AMNH in New York (who has actually isolated DNA preserved
in amber - but not of Mesozoic Age of course).
