Matrix 3.2
Strange that I didn't get the idea of looking at the pelvis of *Longipteryx*
http://www.scichina.com/ky/0111/kyfm11.stm earlier. It seems to have the
birdlike condition (the caudal sacral vertebrae have longer transverse
processes than the cranial ones, and what is visible of the ilia seems to
indicate the same). So I split character 6 into 3 new ones at last.
Unfortunately the pdf http://211.101.137.89/protect/2001/ky/0111/ky0945.pdf,
to which I surprisingly have access, doesn't get explicit about the shape of
the ilia. *Longipteryx* also appears to have proximally expanded mtIII, but
that's not completely clear from the photo and not mentioned in the pdf.
Pelvis of *Bambiraptor* coded after photos that some listmembers kindly sent
me :-)

The 45° in character 7 are a guess, but there is a morphological gap
somewhere around there. Same for the 1.5 times in character 8 where the gap
is even bigger.
Let's see whether 33 characters are better than 31... :-)
