Thanks to HP John Bois for the refs, I'll see whether I can find some.

I've corrected some characters and added some more, some of which are so
obvious that I wonder why I had forgotten them so far.
Possession of character 28 automatically results in state 1 for character
27, but not vice versa.
I've also finally added *Protarchaeopteryx*, whose description is so
excruciatingly short :.-( .
I'd like to add the state "narrow in front and very wide behind (2)" to
character 6. This occurs in *Avimimus* and Neornithes at least;
unfortunately I can't find a dorsal view of a pelvis of a more basal
pygostylian, so it might be, at this level, an uninformative autapomorphy of
*Avimimus* (which I give 0 here). Could someone help me here? :-) I'm also
not sure about the state of alvarezsaurids; that of *Alvarezsaurus*
(reconstructed) looks like 0, so I coded them that way.
BTW, the sacrum of *Protoavis* is unknown; Chatterjee has drawn a
reconstruction of the entire pelvis in cranial view with a very broad sacrum
(state 1), but maybe that's not necessary. (Assuming the pelvis _is_ from a
bird. It may be too birdlike for that.)
Dumb thing is, the sacrum and ilia of *Rahonavis* are known, but only
illustrated in lateral view... :.-(
