I'm pretty sure that the skull in the display is not real (although many of
the other bones are), but as to whether its based on real material, I also
struggled with this question.  By the looks of it, Im betting that part of
the skull, but not all of it is known.  I guess we'll have to wait for the
paper, unless anyone has some illuminating info.
