This is just the kind of thing that the Dinosaur Genera List was set up for.
Simply go to members.aol.com/Dinogeorge/dinolist.html and look up Shuvosaurus
and Gojirasaurus:
Gojirasaurus Carpenter, 1997
Shuvosaurus Chatterjee, 1993
So Shuvosaurus would have priority over Gojirasaurus.
Incidentally, I still have Shuvosaurus as a non-dinosaurian archosaur. How
serious is this idea that it is a toothless coelophysoid theropod?
