Yes.  A number of carnosaur-related papers are coming out in the near
future, and several of them place _Mono._ as a branch or two further away
from _Allo._ than are the sinraptorids.  Could, of course, change with new
data.  _Mono._ does certainly seem to be a more primitive beastie than
_Allosaurus_ (certainly) and the sinraptorids (probably), & I wouldn't be
terribly surprised to find it outside the allosaur-coelurosaur clade at some
point.

Have yet to get a good long look at _Cryolophosaurus_ (soon, hopefully) to
try and find out where it fits.
