skin impression/tooth questions

I just wanted to thank all of those who helped me with the visual
enhancement of my skin impression, gave me guidence whom to contact for
help in identification, and the identification of the impression. I also
wanted to thank all those who responded to my questions on teeth.I
especially wanted to thank Jim Farlow who out did himself and sent me a
