Which one do you mean?

They did three, all in vinyl.

One was a 1/30th scale model that looks like one of
those toy bird motion toys that dips into a cup of
water.

Definitely not a favorite of mine, but a pretty
popular model for some reason.  They are rumored to
possibly be putting it back into production.

A second was the "T-rex" from JURASSIC PARK.  It was
1/20th scale, and is out of production.
(The JP models are what basically killed Horizon,
actually.  Rex and Raptor sold so-so, but the huge
licensing fee put them under.)  As John Rafert
mentioned, look for them on Ebay now and then, or go
to local hobby shows and you may find one there. 
They're getting hard to find though.

A third is the new T. rex from Horizon.  It is a huge
model, apparently about 1/12th scale -- 36" long.

It is a remolding of the Kit Kraft resin sculpture by
Chris Darga.  It is meant to be posed with a
Styracosaurus (yes, I know, I know) and is swirling
around like the Gurche painting on the cover of
Bakker's book.  It's not technically a JP model, but
the dinosaur is *clearly* based on the JP rex.  I've
got the original Darga resins (rex, who I like to call
Daspletosaurus, and styraco) and they are really nice
for this kind of thing.  This one is about $120 and
you can get it from Link and Pin.
