endothermy and fur
All this talk of feathers and fur
has gott me wondering ,and forced out of lurking to ask a few questions
Since we now know that SOME theropods had some sort of feathers and/or feather
like fur what does this do for the endotherm argument ?
Is the notion of cold blooded thereopods a thing of the past?
and could it be possible that smaller theropods....errr dinosaurs were
developing an endothermic metabolism much faster than their larger
counterparts, and possibly be a major factor in extinction theory?
hmm......
I apologize If this has been discussed already
if so please point me in the direction of the posts in the archives
Thanks
regards to all
Frank
