I've been wondering the same thing. Glad it isn't just me.

        It's not just you two!  I've been checking the mail frequently,
too.  I've been told that, in the(more distant) past, they've actually
waited and handed out the abstract to the people at the meetings...though I
suspect that this was back when the meetings were small and doing so wasn't
a logistical nightmare...
