If they have the will to learn they can do it. 

For me, I did to go two, just two, Commuity College art classes. I
didn't learn what I wanted to so I never went back. I had to learn
stippleing all on my own (Thanks mainly to George who needed stipple
drawings, I learned how to do it). 

I will not tell ANYONE they can't do it. They just have to have the will
and try.
