I don't currently have this and haven't looked at it in a while, but you
might try Krogh,A. 1968. "The Comparative Physiology of Respiratory
Mechanisms."  I can reply latter with a more thorough list.

I think some previous miscommunication about costs of locomotion may have
arisen from the fact that cost of transport (COT) in J/kg/m plotted against
body mass on logarithmic coordinates is linear.  COT vs velocity in m/s is
curvilinear.
