I agree.  And I see nothing in the agreement as so far presented that would
interfere with scientific study of "Sue".

Indeed nothing in the setup is even all that new.  Glass enclosed work
areas where paleontological work is done in view of the public are found in
several museums already, including the Dwenver Muesum of Natural History
and the Paige Museum (at Rancho La Brea here in LA).

And the LA Museum of Natural History has been selling replicas of its T.
rex skull for years.  Knott's Berry Farm has had one since I moved here 14
years ago.  Now Disney gets to beat KB again.


Overall, this strikes me as very good news.
