OK, fine, "parasaurolophids" was a slip of the finger.  Replace with
_Parasaurolophus_.  Happy?  :) 

I'll also admit that I forgot about some of the well-written monster flicks
(like ALIENS).  My conclusion: there's no excuse for the poor
characterization in THE LOST WORLD!  

Yes, as much as Spielberg insists he tried to avoid it, I think he fell into
the "sequel trap" anyway.  Will he fall for the sequel^2 trap?  We'll see in
a few years!
