Re: Giganotosaurus skull or skeletal restorations?

Check the Walters / Kissinger webpage at http://www.giganotosaurus.com. The
mount at the Philadelphia Academy of Sciences that was unveiled last week is
quite spectacular. This was a very ugly, nasty-looking dinosaur! After
viewing the display, I'd have to say that Bob Walters has a pretty good
handle on the character of the mount in his restorations at the website. I
was expecting a long body like Allosaurus, but this is not the case. High
neurals on the back, too. Pretty soon Bob will have a book out on the
subject. In the meantime, the Philadelphia Academy is the place to visit.
Giganotosaurus and Ken Carpenter's beautiful mount of Tyrannosaurus
confronting each other. Nice stuff!
