Giganotosaurus skull or skeletal restorations?

Are their any (fairly) complete images of a Giganotosaurus skull?  A
citation in Nature or Science, perhaps, or something along those lines? 
Even better, is there any skeletal restoration that isn't very
fragmentary?  I have seen one by Brian Franczak on the dinosaur studio
webpage, but it is really too fragmentary for me to make much use of it.

Is there a verdict on the relationship of Giganotosaurus?  Was it an
abelisaur, an allosaur, or something different?
