Hi gang

If you don't have one, rush down to your local rock shop and get an
inexpensive Phacops rana. It will make you cry when you look at any other
fossil. They are generally perfectly preserved and their black color against
the grey matrix makes it stand out. Its a pleasure to behold and see how very
 very nice some fossils can be. Then get back to work on the pieces and bone
set in concrete.
