Please forgive my ignorance, but how certain are the attributions of 
dinosaur trackways to this or that type of dinosaur?  Like the 
tyrannosaur track from New Mexico (or was it Arizona--I can't 
remember!) and the stegosaur tracks from Australia (those being the 
only examples I could remember that I couldn't figure out).  Sauropod 
tracks I can understand.  I assume that the NM track is labeled 
tyrannosaur because tyrannos are the only known dinosaurs from that 
time and place that could have left the tracks.  Am I wrong?  What 
about the stego tracks?  That would seem to be an iffy-er ID to me, 
but then I haven't read the literature on these either (yes, I wallow 
in shame).
