Re: Who's next?
Well, a few years back there was someone who had taken an interest in
making a Broadway play about E. D. Cope. He (sorry I never found out who
he was) had even visited the American Museum's archives where there are a
large holding of Cope's papers, and done some preliminary research there.
I don't know what came of it after that. The tv show called "The Real
West" did a piece on early paleontologists in the wild west (Brent
Breithaupt and various others contributed to it) so hey! why not? There's
that little science fiction piece about them arguing over a living
"fossil" animal.
So, Why Not? How about a movie with Cope and Marsh...
