pterosaurs and Olshevsky

Howdy,

A few weeks ago I asked if anyne has yet discovered turbinals in pterosaurs
and no one answered..... so has anyone yet discovered turbinals in
pterosaurs?

Also, George Olshevsky (I think) wrote an article a couple of months ago in
Omni about a new theory of his that dinosaurs evolved from birds. It's a
little confusing (OK, a lot confusing), but basicly he states that there have
always been a "bird" lineage coming off of some "thecodont" evolving
different branches like phytodinosaurs, and pterosaurs, but he puts many
seperate branches for advanced theropods. Does he have anything more about
this, and what does everyone else think of it?

P.S. In the article he refers to the "birds evolved from dinosaurs" theory as
the BADD theory. An acronym for Birds Are Dinosaur Descendants. The pun is
accidental, I'm sure.
