Stories? Yeah, I remember building those dinosaur skeleton puzzles that, er -
no, that was last month...
Do you remember the traveling dinosaur exhibit that Sinclair gasoline sponsored
back in the early 60s? They had six dinosaurs, full size - and incredibly
wrong.
They also sold models, each of the six in a different color for 25 cents. (Did
anyone realize that these computer keyboards don't have the cents symbol
anymore?)
They also sold the family for $1.25. I got the set every year that they came
through, and then destroyed/eroded it down by the next year.
There was also one of two books I had about dinosaurs. "All About Dinosaurs", a
poor book I read at least a dozen times.
