Aren't there a couple of folks here on the list who work for a company 
that does casts (in AZ I believe?)? Have you ever thought of making scale 
replicas of dinos? You'd certainly have the models to work from, as well 
as all the needed supplies. Would the start-up costs be too high to look 
into this, or is this sort of thing out of bounds for you? Since you make 
museum quality replicas, I'm sure your scale models would be excellent.
