Oh yes. Cooperative hunting is quite common (though I suspect that
some of what goes for that in the literature is just several predators
going for the same prey animal at the same time). The original point
however was that coop hunting *on the wing* was uncommon among
birds, for good reasons, mostly that flying raptors tend to get in
each other's way and that ground cover may make it impossible for
more than one attacker to manoeuver close to the prey.
