Don't know any specifics on techincal publications on this new form, but I
have heard of it and look forward to it eagrely.

You'll get a lot of differing opinions of it. Some of the illustrations I
really like, others I'm less impressed with. Where the skeletal
restoration is based on a single specimen, they are generally very good.
Note that Greg Paul has since (correctly) restored tetanurine theropods
(megalosaurs, allosaurs, and coelurosaurs (including tyrannosaurs)) with
the palms-in posture that their arm anatomy suggests.
