Hell Creek Megaflora Paper Request

since it seems that my previous posting didn't make it through to the
list, i would like to raise it another time. Thus, sorry in case it
should be a repost.

However, I was looking for Kirk Johnson's paper on Hell Creek
Megaflora with the complete title:

"The megaflora of the Hell Creek and lower Fort Union Formations in
the western Dakotas: vegetational response to climate change, the
Cretaceous-Tertiary boundary event, and rapid marine transgression"

In case somebody could share this document, please don't hesitate in
