Take the """nisti""" plunge

Hey there fellow Dinosaur people!
Anybody know whom _D. nisti_ is named after?
I already know the genus is named after the great Edward Drinker Cope (odd that 
they chose his middle name), but my question is just about the inspiration for 
the species name _nisti_.  I found exactly squat online.
Any info would be most helpful.
