temporary hiatus

I'm afraid that I'm going to be out of town for a few days, and it's
not likely that I'll be able to log on to this machine while I'm gone.
I've tried to get a substitute moderator, but all of the people I have
contacted are also going to be out of town this weekend.  At this
point I fear it's too late for me to train someone else, so the list
is going to be "asleep" for about three days.

I'm going to log in tomorrow morning before I leave, and there's a
chance that I'll be able to log in on Monday.  However, I may not be
able to log in until Tuesday afternoon.  Forgive me, but please don't
expect any dinosaur mail from Saturday afternoon until Tuesday
afternoon.  It's possible that I will log in during that time (or one
other person might be able to help me out), but it's more than
possible that the list will be blacked out.  Just rest assured that
the blackout will not be the result of any technical problems, and
will return on Tuesday at the latest.
