Re: dino toys



My son is only four-and-a-half,  but beginning at about age 3 he became
extremely upset when toy whales were not accurate depictions of their
species,  and is now the same way about dinosaurs.  Yesterday he just about
wrote off the whole adult world for stupidity upon encountering a sticker set
showing potbellied dinosaurs in upright stances,  a bowhead whale mislabeled
a blue whale in one book,  and an orca mislabeled a gray whale in another.
 Mind you,  I think writing off adults for stupidity isn't a bad position to
