Probably not...but two dinosaur groups come to mind as questionable.

Saurischia--->Segnosaurs (may have eaten or at least included in its 
                          diet)

Ornithischia--->Heterodontosaurs (specialized teeth may have permitted 
                                  meat eating, not hunting it)
