[dinosaur] Triassic Vertebrate Paleontology Meetup: online, Friday 28 May 2021

Dear colleagues,

Dr. Michelle Stocker (Virginia Tech) and myself, with our respective teams, are organizing a 1-day “meetup” (casual mini-conference) on all aspects of Triassic vertebrate paleobiology/paleontology. It is an informal meeting focused on fun science communication and socializing. Anyone may attend.

The session runs 1400 BST/0900 EDT until around 2200 BST/1700 EDT. There are breaks including a Triassic vertebrate paleoart virtual gallery- if interested in showcasing your Triassic paleoart live, please let us know.

Eventbrite ticket registration is £5/10 student/faculty-level (whether presenting or not) and there are no refunds. We will share Zoom links for the single-stream (no parallel sessions) live talks later. Some details of this event may change.

Anyone may submit a presentation title (5/15 minutes; likely that most talks will be 5 mins but we will try to accomodate); info on the Eventbrite page.

Register by *7 May* if you wish to present; or *26 May* if just an audience member.

This meetup is not affiliated with any professional society or sponsors. It is intended to be very casual and friendly, so we can all share our love of Triassic critters and science. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, bullying, harassment etc. and will quickly eject and ban obvious infractions; or even report them to authorities.

We hope to see you on 28 May!
