As with modern predators today, it's likely that most animals would
serve a potential meal for most larger predators. Young lions will
attack porcupines, crocs will attempt to crush tortoises, etc. Some
more successfully than others! And if you wonder if they would
succeed, the health of the Gastonia or Utahraptor in question likely
affects the answer more than "would they ever encounter each other?"
